We educate our patients about causes, treatment alternatives and prevention of endodontic disease based on the latest available scientific evidence. We strongly believe that an informed patient who understands why treatment may be needed and what the alternative treatment options are, has the best chance of achieving the optimal outcome.
Dr. Tselnik stays abreast of the latest developments in endodontics through attending numerous continuing education courses, studying multiple current professional periodicals and reviewing scientific submissions for publication in the Journal of Endodontics. Dr. Tselnik is also an Assistant Professor of Endodontics at the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry, where he shares his expertise with both dental students and endodontic residents.
Access to State-of-the-Art Care
We utilize state-of-the-art technology and techniques to deliver highest quality endodontic care in full compliance with treatment and ethical standards set forth by the American Association of Endodontists, American Board of Endodontists, American Dental Association, and OSHA.
We recognize the difficulty for some in obtaining access to affordable endodontic care. Therefore, we have partnered with multiple dental insurance carriers to offer our services to a larger segment of the population. We also treat patients through selected non-profit organizations at no charge.
Access to Excellent Customer Services
We understand that dental work in general and root canal treatment in particular may cause a certain amount of anxiety. We excel in our customer care by providing a highly individualized approach with our patients. We strive to make your experience positive and comfortable.
Upon completion of endodontic care, we follow up with our patients with a phone call and, if necessary, ask you to return in order to monitor the healing process. We will schedule some patients to see us for a 6- and/or a 12- month post-treatment evaluation. These courtesy services are provided at no charge to the patient.
In addition, we take particular care to communicate with our referring dentists in a timely manner regarding their patients’ evaluation and treatment. Thus, we ensure a proper continuity of care and a more successful outcome for the patients.
